“Two days after my photograph “Five O’Clock World” appeared in the journal, I received a very rare message on my web site email from a collector, who checked through my links and asked if the photo was available. After a brief recovery period, and asking of a small favor from a friend with a superior printer to mine, I was able to provide a 17 x 22 print at a price that was fair, and quite to my advantage. I want to thank Alex for featuring Five O’Clock world, and owe him a dinner next time he is New York City. Thank you, again, Alex.” – MIKE LEE
“I follow Alex Coghe for a long time and I can say that he is an honest photographer and I’ve always found inspiration and wise advise from him. I’m proud of contributing to this thrilling enterprise because I’m sure that being curated by Alex will be a splendid platform to promote and share the best photography. Many thanks and best luck and light!” “Alex Coghe has managed to place this magazine as key reference for street photography. He has achieved an open, fresh and inspiring publication where you can find a fine selection of diverse and creative authors. It’s noticeable that there is no censorship just an exquisite taste and a compromise to the freedom of expression that is implicit in the realm of the street photography.”- IGNACIO VARA
“I have to say that I’m once more very very impressed by the Notebook. It’s fine art in the top league!!! Really outstanding!!! In this issue I liked especially the work from Clarissa Bonnet and Laurent Roch. You’re a hero, many thanks for this great inpiration!!!!” – THOMAS LUDWIG
“No preconception can be the beginning of communication. This simple thought is the foundation of TSPN’s experience: every photographer, as individual, feels encouraged to express and share shades of identity through personal street work. Thanks to Alex Coghe we have an incubator of ideas about the living world.” – ANGIE AXTHELM
“I consider myself not only a street photographer but also an underground and independent photographer. I found in TSPN a great magazine with the same idea about taking street pictures and without all the rubbish you can find around.” – IVAN DI MARCO
“Thanks you so much for the follow and reblog Alex. Really appreciate your support. I recently discovered your streetphotographernotebook and now your own nasty feed. Have been inspired by the work I’m seeing in both places.” – suzankaplan
“Hey. Thanks for getting us acquainted with all the wonderful photographers I would never know about. This feels good. Good luck.” – antonkrasnikov
“I’m completely honored to be included in the 23rd edition of Alex Coghe‘s excellent photography magazine, The Street Photographer Notebook. I’ve been following Alex’s work for awhile and I’m not sure I know of a harder working dude in the genre than him. The best part is he is continually giving back to the community. Thanks, Alex!” – RICHARD HILL
